Conditions of Entry
By entering Vice, attendees agree to the Conditions of entry outlined below.

Attendees acknowledge that they are responsible for their own safety at all times while at Vice, and enter the venue at their own risk.

Attendees agree to abide by the Code of Conduct at all times while at Vice.

Attendees acknowledge that their bags may be subject to search at the discretion of Vice and/or the venue.
Â
Attendees acknowledge that entering Vice puts them at risk of hazards including but not limited to:
​
-Dim/Low lighting.
-Slippery floors.
-Loud noises and strobe lighting effects.
Â
Attendees agree that neither Vice, it's staff, volunteers, and performers, nor the venue and its staff, will be liable for any injury, damage or loss of property associated with their attendance.
Â
Attendees acknowledge that CCTV will be in operation at Vice and may be monitored at the discretion of the venue.
Â
Attendees acknowledge that personal photography and use of personal electronic devices is discouraged at Vice.
CODE OF CONDUCT
Vice operates on a strict "No Dickheads" Policy.Â

Look after your mates and consider the safety of those around you at all times.
​
Accidents happen- If you spill your drink, inform a venue staff member or Vice Party Monitor immediately.
​
Party Monitors will be available at all times for assistance.
They can be identified by their pink hi-vis vest with the VICE logo printed on the back.
​
Anti-Social or offensive behaviour will result in your removal from the event.
Do not force a Party Monitor to make a judgement call. You may not like their judgement.
Any decision of the Vice staff is final.

For the safety of all attendees, personal photography is discouraged at Vice.
To help enforce this policy, use of personal electronic devices is discouraged wherever possible.
Vice has an official photography team that will be delighted to capture a memory for you. You can find them at the dedicated photo booth and roaming the dance floor at our Theme Shows!
CONSENT
Consent is enthusiastic, explicit and can be withdrawn at any time.

Do not follow or photograph anybody without consent. Photographing others without their explicit consent is strictly forbidden.
​
A persons outfit is not consent.Absence of a "No" is not consent.
ZERO TOLERANCE ITEMS
In accordance with Vice & Venue policy, there is a strict zero tolerance policy on:

Nudity
Large & Awkward Props
Anti-Social Behaviour
​
Any of these may result in your immediate removal from the party.
